Dan Boehmer
Head of Operations
Dan has spent his entire life in and around the auto glass industry. His father worked as a location manager for Locust Glass co. in St. Louis back in the 1960’s before launching his own company, Dellwood Glass Co. in 1975. Dan was just 3 years old when Dellwood opened. He spent many days as a young boy hanging around the glass shop, watching the technicians work, helping out with the occasional broken tempered back glass clean up. He enjoyed working with his older brother. By the age of 14, he was installing windshields in the shop after school and over the summers.
Now, he has over 40 years of experience in the field. Dan holds AGSC/AGRSS, IHHS and FMVSS compliant certifications. Auto glass is his passion. In addition to being the head of operations at High End Auto Glass, he has also invented the Rolladeck Windshield Setting System and the Game Changer Wire Cutting Tool.
When Dan is not out working, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their dogs.

Michael Wallace
Operations/Treasurer
A fourth generation Florida native, Michael Wallace has been in the automotive glass industry for over 11 years. A passion for automobiles developed in childhood where he traveled across the US with his family and other car club enthusiast to participate in classic car shows. His late father always had a great classic in the garage. He enjoyed restoring it to beyond it’s original beauty. His favorite was a turquoise 55 T- Bird. It was from his father where he learned to take pride in his work and the work that he provides to others.
Michael’s experience with all types of vehicles has garnered him a vast understanding of the automotive glass industry and what it takes to get the job done right. He specializes in classic and exotic cars, but his acquired skills also allow him to shift his focus to recreational and private passenger vehicles. From simple chip repairs, to complex windshield replacements and calibrations he is confident that he will provide exemplary work.
When Michael is not out working on an automobile, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and their dog Lucy. They enjoy long walks outdoors surrounded by nature and all of its wildlife, especially the birds and Sunday family dinners.
